Shipping and Packaging
Walnut Hall Beef packs your meat in a sturdy, reusable foam cooler with dry ice to keep your beef in perfect condition. If there is any dry ice remaining when you receive it, do not touch it with bare hands as it may burn you. Be sure to keep it out of reach of children.
When your beef arrives it should be frozen. You can thaw the beef and enjoy it right away or put it in the freezer for later. If your beef is not frozen when it arrives but is still cool to the touch, you can either put the beef in your freezer or in the refrigerator for cooking within 48 hours after thawing.
We use Federal Express Ground delivery to ship our beef. If you live east of Colorado, most orders will take 2 to 3 days to arrive at your doorstep. If you live west of Colorado, orders will take 3 to 5 days via Federal Express Ground. We ship on Mondays and sometimes on Tuesdays (except to the Western States). If you need an order rushed to you, contact us and we can arrange an expedited shipping method for additional expense.
